The product is exactly as advertised although it was $35 when I bought it and it looks like it has gone up in price. I was expecting a learning curve and this is it. Some dexterity is required to get an even layer of beeswax. Due to the way it was delivered (folded in half) the first few casts were thinner where the mold was bent in the middle, but some time laying it flat and repeatedly heating it with wax solved this Problem. I highly recommend wiping down the bottom of your steamer before pouring it in, as any water droplets will ruin your leaf. It's also handy to place in a parchment-lined tray so you can easily wipe up and recycle spills. I love it as a new hobby!
