They paired with no problems, but the mouse-like function needed fixing to make it work. Just press and hold the button and they will disconnect and reconnect. Both controls had the same properties. Surprisingly, the voice recognition works very well. The printed guide is enough to get you started. The odd thing is that the user manual comes on a small CD that most modern CD players can't handle. The manual can be downloaded from the LG website.
