The platform is easy to navigate and the reports are very helpful. The price is a bit higher than competitors but their customer service was very quick to respond to any questions I had. The platform is useful for keeping up to date with industry news. They also have some resources for financial advisors to use that I have not yet tried. I highly recommend using AdvisorStream. I am able to keep a close eye on what's going on in the market and the reports are very helpful. It has not hurt our marketing efforts. I like that it allows me to create my own email list for each newsletter so they are not all sent out at once which can be overwhelming! It also gives you an option where if someone does NOT want your mailings then there will still allow them access but no longer receive any more from us - this makes sense as we don't really need people who do nothing other than complain about our products or services without having tried what those things actually offer!!
