I bought them to light my reptile (lamp). I had to attach the lamp and cords to the stands. At first I thought I had scored a lot of goals. I was looking for something cheaper than the Velcro brand because I needed about 20 strips. On first use they worked well and held up securely. However, the problem arises when one has to remove them in order to reposition, move, etc. The strips literally fall apart and separate, they can no longer be used. I was hoping to use the leftover strips to tie up the loose strings in my "litter box" but will be returning them instead. Think about it, they come with a lifetime guarantee and don't even last after one use.
