These in-ear headphones are designed to offer great sound and comfort right out of the box. Then, after some time, the left handset died. I reset them and everything was fine again. Another brief time the same thing happened so I reset it again to find again that it worked for a short time. Every time I checked it, it took longer and longer to pair with my phone. Very frustrating, I wouldn't recommend them to anyone who listens to music, audio books, etc. a lot. You will fail quickly. I should have sent back after the first failure, now it's too late. Now I just want to warn anyone who thinks about it.
