The ease of use - I can't think about anything that my coworkers dislike! This is honestly amazing software for our team (it's not just me!). A couple minor things like better customization options when creating templates would be great but they have been working hard at improving this functionality over time so maybe you'll see it before too long?! No issues thus far!! We've saved tons by using these services vs printing out everything ourselves which was taking up an excessive amount of space as well wasting money unnecessarily with print fees etcetc we're able to save those costs drastically compared to what used to happen prior. Super easy implementation process also super fast turn around times once items are sent off from us into production mode, usually very little lag between sending something through then seeing them get printed right away :) Highly recommend if someone isn't already aware there will likely come some benefits realized after switching.
