Review on 🚗 Enhanced BMW 83125A07EC3 Interior Fragrance Natural Air Freshener Starter Kit in Lava Black by Dawson Schmidt

UPDATE: I called the seller and they agreed to send a replacement for the one I have which looked very scratched. However, they said that all products actually look the same and this is likely a design flaw. I originally gave 1 star because I received an item that is not brand new, but I am updating my rating to reflect 4 stars as the seller was prompt in responding. As for the smell, I like it, it's very subtle. I will try green tea next time based on the reviews here. I'm just not sure if it will last long enough because the smell is really faint (which I really like). FIRST REVIEW: I love the smell but the product they sent me has been used. The paint was peeling off the handle, almost "scratched". I was wondering if I should return it as the 8mm model will be awaiting a refund which is only around $20 but it's really disappointing as I like the way it looks . I just can't understand how BMW can ship something used when they straight up say it wasn't. Maybe in another thread, but not in this one.
