It's so hard to find good modest clothes at an affordable price. Got a size 7-8 when it was on sale for 8.99! However, my 7 year old is literally in the bottom 10th percentile for height and weight. Usually wears a size 6 but wanted it to last a bit so I chose 7-8 but they run small and fit perfectly 🤷🏼‍♀️ The material is very slightly see through when standing in the sun, nothing is flashy, but we wear shorts. anyway under our skirts/dresses. She loves that it has pockets! My height and weight, not hers! As already mentioned, she is a very small seven year old girl and the normal size of 7-8 is too big for her. 7-8 fits perfectly.
