3/4 jaw foot, hand and nail care

I have a 1/12 jaw cuticle nipper and love them and wanted another pair so ordered 3/4 jaw this time. The two lever springs (don't know what they're called) didn't match, and that's why the wire cutters didn't work. Sent them back and got another pair and they had the same problem so they came back. Where is the quality control in your production? They are very expensive but if they worked they would be worth the money. I just ordered another 1/2 pine and pray I don't have the same problem.
