Review on 🐶 Max and Neo NEO Nylon Buckle Reflective Dog Collar: Buy One, Save a Pup! by Dhoal Olson

Update: After posting this review I was contacted and received a sincere apology for the collar. They also didn't ask me to delete or change my review. They really care about the dogs and that's why I give them 3 stars. Original: I bought this collar because I liked what it symbolized. However, I noticed that my puppy kept scratching it. At first I thought he was just not used to it. Then I noticed that he started whining when I tried to put him on. Decided to take a closer look. The inside of the collar had two sharp points from the nylon being cut and rubbing against his neck, irritating him. I used scissors and a lighter to cut/melt it but it's still rough. He no longer scratches but is still shy when trying to put it on. I was happy with it at first, but knowing it's rubbing sores on my pup's neck infuriates me. Also, it's very free because I appreciated it and it happened anyway. Instead he was given a harness as he now shies away from collars.
