Very disappointed with this shoe. I bought shoes, took them on vacation and found that my feet slipped in them. They connect to the oval ring pictured above and the fabric in the ring moves to the top or bottom of the ring. The back is not tight on the leg and the strap is very long and annoying. I ended up spending money on these shoes that will probably end up in the trash. I have many, many pairs of Earth Origin shoes and these are by far the worst pairs I have ever bought. If you want a nice, snug fitting sandal, this isn't for you. If I hadn't taken them on a trip and dressed them, they would have come back.
