This is a great deal compared to genuine parts available on the GM accessories website. Installation was easy, all you need is a flex shaft drill so you don't have to remove the wheels. . For a screw on the back you need an Allen key. The quality is okay considering the price. Very similar to the original plastic fairing of the TB. I didn't use any of the tools or screws listed on the packaging and found in other reviews that the size is wrong anyway. The wheel is not flat and I expect this area to be covered in snow/debris in the future (no pun intended). Anyway - I can't complain that it's almost a third cheaper.
