I never write reviews but this one deserves it. Got this for Christmas to replace an old wireless dial with a dead battery. Used 3 times in total. I removed the blades and filled them with oil a second time, thinking that maybe the first lubricant didn't get enough into the blade's fitting channel. No difference, it still hurts to pull and hold. Absolutely not suitable for beard trimming. If you're trimming barely grown stubble I'm sure they will work. Called wahl and traded it in for #9686 on recommendation of a beard care sales rep. Receive 40% discount on new hair clippers you select.
