I received this today and immediately started using it on the new growth/roots of my hair. It worked great. I ironed my hair the entire length with a large flat iron and actually built myself a silk press. I appreciate how this iron allows you to increase the temperature in one degree increments until you reach 324 degrees when it changes by two degrees. It also allowed me to iron the growth close enough without burning myself. Also let me say that I have relaxed hair but this will help me stretch my relaxers between 4 and 6 months. Looks like I loosened my hair today. I'll be using this method once a week and if anything changes with this iron I'll be sure to update this post.
