So far, so good. I love that it comes from a local company, Denver. Easy to install but I installed it in my garage as we have fairly high ceilings. This required additional hardware due to my specific setup/location. I have read other reviews and some of the complaints I can relate to. slippery rope and sharp edges on the handles. I used tape around the sharp edges of the handles. Slippery rope, my daughter just learned to climb and didn't complain. Can't complain about the durability, it's indoors so not exposed to the elements, but as my daughter has grown up, she is now 4 and weighs about 40 pounds, I can hear the plastic retainers or plastic loop used to attach the rope will as if they fit. I check it every day before they use it and it holds up.
