I am using this in a care home to stream TV audio to a bluetooth speaker on the headboard of a nearly deaf person to keep the volume down for the rest of the patients and let him listen to the TV. This works fine but from time to time I have to replace the device because the audio input gets overloaded and lets through too much signal, I don't think it's a problem with the device itself.
