I really like this pan. Now that I know what I'm doing! Here are some tips: 1) Don't make too much fire, a weak one is better! 2) Don't forget to lightly spray the pan with oil. 3) Fill each well with just 1/6 cup of batter. 1/8 cup is too little and 1/4 cup will spill out while your batter cooks. 4) The pancake batter will barely look dry around the edges when it's ready to flip the pancakes. 5) When ready to flip the pancakes. Hold the pan at a 45 degree angle. This will help hold the semi-finished pancake in the well. 6) You don't need any time at all to finish cooking the second side. DO NOT walk away from them! When you're done, let the pan cool slightly before washing your hands with warm, soapy water.
