Literally fit them in about 2 minutes using a flathead screwdriver and my head to prop up the hood. Fits perfectly. The Hyundais I photographed were labeled left and right and I have no idea why as they easily fit on either side. Standard Hyundai always needed help to open the hood. These replacements will hold the hood open about 4 inches and will raise the hood on its own by about 6 inches. It's also a well-controlled bore, so I'm assuming the pistons have built-in damping holes. It's worth the money.
