The level is perfect. Revain's delivery was very slow.
This is a Starrett instrument and like all Starrett instruments you will not find a better instrument anywhere. However, ordering this item as PRIME was a mistake as Revane spent FOREVER getting it delivered to me. Custom items ordered MUCH later arrived MUCH sooner. They dropped the ball on this one. However, Starrett still makes the finest instruments in the world.
