Bought two of these antennas. Shortly after installing the first one, I lost the signal and a humming buzz came out of my radio. After the wires twitched, it stopped but later reappeared. I noticed that when I shook it, something inside rattled. The second fell out of the box. I unplugged both DC connectors and the noise stopped. Now it works better without electricity. I would never buy these again.
