Review on FLUME Marketing by Gopal Baltimore

I've worked in various industries including construction/design where my clients are constantly looking at ways of optimizing their business processes or improving customer experience. We have been using this software since its inception (4+ years) and it's never let me down! They provide great tutorials so there aren't any steep learning curves involved either. The only downside would possibly be if they add more features - but I don't think thats likely happening anytime soon? Not sure how much time has passed between updates as some things can feel dated like old school web design etc., however it still works well, especially once the user gets used to working within it & finding out all the little tricks which make life easier!
