After a few months the zipper started to unravel. Every time I have to unzip both zippers to close my backpack, they open when my daughter gets home from school. For the price we paid, we expected much better durability. Unfortunately, the reconfiguration window is closed for 30 days, so returns or exchanges are also not possible. This is a continuation of the review. The seller was very responsive and quickly extended a helping hand. They sent replacements within a few weeks. And the interchangeable backpack works very well. I am impressed with their customer service and support for their product. Would definitely buy again knowing any issues will be fixed. Many Thanks
