Review on Phiten XLPU3100 Titanium Tape 14 7 by Noel Schmits

I was pleasantly surprised at how it helped with my excruciating pain in my butt. The moment this tape touched my skin, the pain went away! It fell off on its own after 4 days and I noticed the pain wasn't coming back so I think it's really helping the healing. It's been 2 days and I feel like the discomfort is slowly returning. But that's because I spend a lot of hours sitting in the car, at the desk, etc. One thing I did wrong when I first used this tape was I stretched it a bit when applying it. The ones I stretched began to unravel, and the ones I didn't stretch stayed in place. But it's definitely worth the money.
