It is better to switch from a razor to a technique.
I usually like to cut my hair the traditional way, shaving in the shower has always been the perfect place to do it. However, I have never found a way to do this without electrical equipment. Since it offers high water resistance, I really recommend trying it out. It really sped up the process.
