I initially purchased this heater because I like that it has remote control and timer. It also looks nice.However, the actual product is of really low quality.I received my first order about a month ago. When I opened the box, it looked like it was poorly packaged. The remote control was missing and there was a long crack on the front plastic.I tried to turn it on and it did work. However, when I turned it off, the heating part would turn off but the fan would continue to run. I thought it might shut down by itself in a few minutes but it didn't.I returned it to Walmart. Because I like the remote control and the timer and was thinking it might just be a one-off situation, I ordered another one.The second one arrived yesterday. The package looked fine but when I removed it from the package, I notice a big piece of the wood front fender was completely broken off from the heater ( see picture). With little small broken pieces too which I don't know if it actually got into the heater ( could cause a fire!).I tried it and it did the exact same thing as the last one. The fan won't shut off even after I turned off the heater for a while. It just kept running. The only way to shut it off is to switch off the power in the back or unplug it.It's going back to Walmart again. Very disappointed!
