Advantages: excellent video quality on Amazon Prime hbo max uhd is not supported, the image becomes pinkish-greenish. App scrolling is much slower than Tizen firmware for Samsung TVs. When you try to change the default HDMI setting to other available settings it crashes so many times and can't be used until you reset to default I'm meanwhile about the problems I'm getting but no reply from yet gone to them so there seems to be NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. wouldn't recommend that. Update March 1, 2021 still no response from support, it's been almost two weeks. looked at the hbo max box today, the colors turned greenish, tried resetting the picture settings on the nbox and tv, also swapped the hdmi cable for an even better 4k certified hdmi cable that i have, but still doesn't help to get rid of it I think the color cast is because the box is being returned.
