Too bad the zipper is so difficult to open. I have to remember when I unpack it to open it, not to be tasteless until the end because it sticks and you can't zip it up anymore. I washed the zipper with soap several times, but the last centimeter of the zipper is too difficult to close. It's embarrassing standing at the checkout or in a restaurant trying to reseal a Michael Kors bag. It gives the impression that it is fake, although I don't think it is fake. Otherwise the quality is good and the packaging was typically great MK packaging. I just received one with a bad zipper. I might have to send it back because I just can't get it to close this thing when I open it fully. Until I forget to stop the zipper where it's only halfway open? --- everything is OK. Another annoying thing about this wallet is that the external pockets on each end of the wallet are 100% completely useless. They are too narrow and curved to be usable. I can't even put my hand in it. You can't put sunglasses, cell phone or anything else inside. Even though you buy this bag like most expensive bags - there are very, very few internal pockets - so you need to buy a purse organizer insert to put it in. But it's nice, but it's not the most functional bag I have.
