Review on Kaiser Forme Plus Springform Bottom by Josh Suter

I had a 12" Kaiser springform pan that has seen better days. We've been looking for a replacement for a long time, but this size isn't that easy to come by in the US, and when it is, it's an insane price. Kaiser make the BEST bakeware so ordering them from the UK was no problem. It heats evenly, releases easily, and makes the cheesecake easier to bake.
