Feels and fits better than OEM. The original gasket is riveted to the oil pan and requires careful drilling. This replacement does not need to be re-riveted, just tighten from the innermost screws to the outer edge. Don't forget to buy an oil filter housing gasket as well. It would also be nice to change the oil pickup tube sealing ring. My oil pressure dropped to 12psi after changing the oil pan gasket, but went back up to 40psi after replacing the weak o-ring on the downpipe.
