Ordered this 2 pack for my twins at the end of November. Today their teacher sent home one pair because it had quit working. Keep in mind they sat at school being unused for almost 3 weeks over Christmas break. Pulled up the order on Walmart and the return window closed just on Jan 31. Started a chat and the only way I could get a replacement or a return is if I sent both headphones back. I get this was a 2 pack but I tried to explain that if I could only return one then the twins could share the working set at school as opposed to not having a set at all. Walmart refused and replied they would get someone else to help and upon connecting to a new person got dropped.Moral of the story.You get what you pay for,Always have a back up set.
