Kizeo Forms is intuitive and easy to use.
Very intuitive, easy to use and customize. There is a very large community of users, which makes support very helpful. You can choose from a variety of options, from pre defined templates to custom designs. Some of the templates could be a little more specific, like for a specific industry. I like the ability to customize a form to a specific need. Forms that are created using Kizeo are used for processing insurance claims, which helps keep track of the time and date that each insurance claim is handled. This helps me keep track of the process.
Pros
- The user interface was also well designed; it allowed us at our organization (a non profit)to easily adapt forms we developed into mobile applications without much effort or cost involved while keeping all data secure.
- It has helped improve internal efficiency by automating many processes previously done manually within my department., allowing employees who were not IT savvy
