In general, I have a range of emotions about the situation. The sound quality appears to be satisfactory; however, the headphones do a poor job of isolating outside noise, so you cannot get the full benefit of using them. Even though I was using a different headset than my previous one, the Sound Blaster Tactic3D Rage Wireless, I couldn't tell much of a difference in the quality of the sound coming from these headphones. Has pros: Sound quality is satisfactory, but it would be nice to have an external sound card. Relaxing and not overly heavy. There is no noticeable disruption caused by the wire. The microphone has a pleasant feel to it. Even after five hours, there is no perspiration in the ear canal. I estimated the price to be 4,500. Got cons: Poor soundproofing; there are other options available. And for me, that was the factor that made the final decision. It's too bad that we weren't able to test them alongside other headphones, like the Krakens, because that would have been interesting.
