Review on Bellroy Melbourne Backpack Compact Laptop by Ann Thompson

Update below: I'm increasing my rating to 3 stars (up from 2 stars) but would give the company 4 stars. They contacted me and helped me return the backpack. I still think the backpack itself is too hard but I am happy with their customer service. Original post: I bought this to use as a work bag (keep my wallet, phone, keys, some papers, an apple, a glass of pop, and a slim kitchen). The material of the bag is too hard. I should have returned it immediately but thought it would falter. I can barely put my keys in this zippered side pocket. The bag is tiny, I don't know what fits in it except for the keys (and my keys are small). Maybe lipstick will do? The flip/magnet is also too stiff and gets in the way when trying to get things out of the main pocket. I would not recommend this bag. I also have no plans to buy another bag from this company due to their return policy. Didn't try to return it but the printed return policy is strict so after using it once and being on the fence I figured they wouldn't take it back anyway which I regret.
