We bought a watch, after some time they found bubbles on them under a coating on the edge (they are invisible if you don’t know where to look), the bezel did not work. Samsung ASC said that there is no bezel on the watch (it is virtual, like a bezel, as it turned out later), and the problem is the consequences of operation (considering that they were worn only at home, they didn’t swim, there was no thermal effect, and less than a week has passed since the purchase ) and replaced the screen for free. Otherwise, there are no problems, they work, all functions are performed.
