The two hats are two different sizes. The black one was too small and the tan one was an okay fit. Both had strange kinks in the edges where they were flatten. I left it out in sun and tries steaming out the kinks- did not work. Perhaps it’s not a natural product? All my straw hats, fedoras always steam out nicely to retain or reshape. The visors look very haphazard and crinkly. It looked old- like it was in the pool all day and lost its shape. Not attractive or stylish at all. Ebay was quick to refund and so I appreciated that.
