That happened to me in two rainy camps. It held up, didn't rust and showed no signs of wear. It is perfect for small camping chairs and reaches about or slightly higher than the seat. I put a hot pot on it and the color didn't fade or burn, although I would be careful about putting anything hot on the plastic. It stood up well on both neat and unkempt campsites if you push it into the ground a little. Drinks, bowls and pots find perfect space in it. Pros: easy to install super light carrying case very strong and stable Cons: small (but you are responsible for measuring, if too small buy a bigger table)
