I was very excited to get this and I definitely respect the Shark name. I like navigating the cleanup path. It took about an hour to clean my house. It worked great for about a month, but the problems started right after the return window closed. It lost contact with my phone and no troubleshooter seems to work. I tried connecting it to my tablet but it still doesn't work. I've never figured out how to increase suction power without using the app. Then the errors started. transmission error. obstacle error. There's never anything wrong with that. I definitely can't walk and leave the house. Why use a robot hoover when you have to take care of it. Right now it's been running for about 45 minutes, has tons of bugs and only cleared half a room. I would really like to return this. It's not worth the trouble.
