I LOVE this necklace: it's light weight, great for people with sensitive skin, came quickly from the seller and when you wear it makes the most beautiful ringtone. However, I have two complaints as a warning to buyers: the place to keep loved ones' ashes is the minuscule, it's just a drilled hole for a screw to sink into. That being said, if you decide to add ash, CLOSE THE SCREW. I've found (with pain) that although the heart is twisted badly and you think it's reliable, it often falls off no matter how badly worn it is. I'm glad my dad was the adventurous type because he
