The Issues Ive noticed within the first week of owning--1 of the doors doesn't shut tight, tried to do a cheese cake and all the water evaporated out the front because of this.-the cooking timer starts as soon as the air fryer/oven starts. absolutely no preheating before the timer starts.-cant put any tin foil down to catch messes unless you wrap it around something or the air fryer fan pulls its up into the fan.-made the smaller Cinnabon's and it left the bottoms under cooked/gooey & 1 in the corner was completely undercooked. (tops looked perfect). thinking i should have used the mesh rack instead of the solid pan.-don't touch the back and keep it away from anything (instructions says 4inch) it gets super hot*moral of the review. you cant follow there directions, its a full learning curve. i still plan on using it, as it replaced my deep fryer that took 45mins to preheat and another 45 too cook a batch of fries(fresh cut). air fryer knocks them out in about 25mins
