These are worth the price. The volume is relatively high. Haven't tried them over the engine but seems loud enough. I think the volume is set independently from the phone so make sure you crank both. The incoming phone number is read digit by digit with an accent that is difficult for some to decipher. Doesn't recognize saved names. The FM modes work quite well. Also for those who care, the headphones DO NOT detach from the main unit. They are corrected continuously. CONS: The problem I have is that they are compatible with Siri/Google Assistant. The instructions say that if you double-tap the volume down button, the wizard will start, but it doesn't. I have a Pixel 6 and it doesn't work with Google Assistant at all. I can return them as I originally wanted them for navigation.
