Since so many things are broken, there's no point in trying to explain why they aren't. The keyboard occasionally loses or gains software connectivity. The program stops responding to key presses. The mouse button seems to be able to click whenever it wants, multiple times in a row, without contacting Adobe (I have an Adobe license, if that's even relevant). This is a major holdup. This is the epitome of dishonesty. The corporation does not see this as a failure and presumably has no plans to write it off. From what I can tell, all they do is keep throwing money at reviews. Since the software is obsolete and no longer supported, no effort is being made to fix it. So far as I can see, all Logitech is doing is covering up the issue and clearing out the inventory. Most of the evaluations are bogus; they all use the same USP tags (for $200, for designers, for pros), which have nothing to do with reality. However, if you look hard enough, you can discover some genuine feedback, and everything is not light. If all you can say is "very sorry" or nothing at all, I'm sad you bought the stuff too. It's been a week of "fighting" with the vendor to get my money back for this UG. Amazingly, Logitech has the nerve to sell such a subpar item at a price that exceeds that of the (nearly) ideal Apple keyboard. I believe that in the twenty-first century, it is no longer possible to do business as the Dagestanis did in the ninety-fourth, and that this action will certainly end in good reputational damage. Personally, I don't see any way around flat-out rejecting this business.
