Don't buy it from Dental Floss & Picks
I bought this about 9 months ago. Then he suddenly died and did not attack. When I contacted the company about the warranty, they told me I have to pay for the return postage and pay again to have it shipped back to me. Considering what I paid for it, I doubt it was worth the cost. I would never try to fix it instead of replacing it with a new one. Obviously they don't stand behind their product.
