The wax balls smelled old but I continued. Followed the instructions, said to set it to 100. Lol no 100. It says off, on, medium or high. Wax melts well on the medium. I moored, waited, pulled. still my hair Wherever I applied it, the hair was not removed. I turned it off because I was done and it wouldn't turn off. At the moment I don't have any positive feedback.
