Excellent customer service!

Very nice pattern and very light (good for summer). Unfortunately I took it out of the box and ran it through the washer/dryer on its own and when I put it on the duvet I noticed it had a lot of stains on it. Obviously it was. See photo. Update - The company immediately sent us a new duvet cover with no stains. Received about 1 week after verification. It's nice that the company reads their reviews and cares so much about their customers! Very impressive.
