Edit: Did you know it's 2020 and I still have this iron? It may be a bit worn now, but still works like new. I use it to curl and straighten my hair and it works flawlessly. I like curved plates because I feel like I can get a better curl with a flat iron. In case I need one again. I stay with this brand. _____________________________ Initial Review: I've only used Chii irons for the last 5 years, but all the Chii irons I've bought seem to have failed in the last year, so I've started looking for a new brand. My mom bought this iron 2 years ago and she loves it! I decided to give it a try and I can say I'm impressed, it heats up quickly and even has an auto shut off feature. It is great for straightening or curling my hair. I'm not really sure about the longevity of this particular straightener as I've only had it for a few months but so far so good!
