Where to start. I don't know where all the good reviews are coming from. I have used many waxes for at least 30 years. That has to be the worst. To name a few issues I found: 1. You have to put it back in the block to keep it warm. This means that the wax lasts much longer. You cannot use smaller strips with a wider block to remove all of the wax. If you don't do this, you will end up with a mess of wax on your body. It's fine if you do this on a large area, but not on a smaller one. It's a waste of strips and money.3. You need to replace the heads after each use due to bacteria.4. Really bad job. I rolled it out properly, I had 1/4 inch hair and I cleaned it before using. I have too much hair left after waxing. I've never had to just pluck a few hairs after waxing. For this I had to pluck at least 20.5. More expensive than other devices. I have had a Gigi for 10 years and decided to give it a try because I believed the reviews. I'm returning it and buying a much cheaper Gigi model.
