No strap holes: Fidget Toys

Does he want me to poke my own holes? I do not know. None of the bracelets had holes for attachment to the wrist. I tried to pry a hole with my hands where it should be but it doesn't work. The only way is to cut it with something very sharp and you have to be precise.
