Size 7 not 7/8 ;)
The size chart shows height and weight for size 7/8, which is different from the size 7 we ordered. For your information, size 7 is 46.5-48.5 inches and 50-54 pounds. by label. They just fit my 49" 55lb kid with the straps as loose as possible and they are the right length (a bit more down) and they have no room to grow.
