Leaves streaks on optics
Purchased to clean camera sensors. I have used Eclipse cleaner and white streaks remain on the sensor. I've tried a few of these, always with the same result. I then tried a regular cotton swab with the same solution and it got rid of the streaks and cleaned the sensors. They're good for cleaning non-optical surfaces, but I wouldn't recommend them for optics based on my experience.
