Review on CaterEco 100 Piece Birchwood Compostable Flowers by Cool Womack

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Flimsy and Inefficient Food Service Disposables

These "compostable" cutlery may be environmentally friendly but they are not practical for any industrial and scientific food service operations. The forks and spoons are flimsy and prone to breaking, while straws are unable to hold up to thicker liquids without bending. One pro is that they are made from birchwood but that does not make up for the lack of durability and usefulness .Overall, these disposable utensils are not worth THE investment..

Pros
  • Environmentally friendly and compostable
Cons
  • Not as sturdy as plastic utensils
